the result of the contest i was talking about lately came out today and ...
SURPRISE ! SURPRISE!
I did not win neither did I get among the top 3 x"DDD *kekekekekekeeeee*

Certainly I am neither frustrated nor sad nor anything else you might expect me to be like in that sort of situation ... I am just amused and somehow it feels like I have won something xD
Since everyone was assuring me "oh, you'll come in first for sure!!!" and "do not worry, you are going to win that thing!!!" and "yours is my fav among the entries!!!" I even more wanted to prove my tough luck concernig contests and I was right again x"D
Too bad I did not accept the bet my mum wanted to make ö_ö
Soo I am up for plan B now ... yes, I have one ... I always do xDDD at least concerning my artwork
I came up with it right after finishing my entry.

I gotta admit, plan B sounded even better to me than plan A at some point. So now that my lil cutie did not become the mascot I am free to use it for anything I want :3
For the time being I am about to make a special bookmark with it <3 they will come with little bells matching hers ^_^ I will work hard for them to be super charming and desirable
So better watch out 'til I launch the super nekomimi attack *keke*

One thing I noticed today : omg ... my laughter changed into a *keke*-sound and I keep mumbling "kyopta...kyopta...KYOPTAAAA" w(öAö)w LOL
makes me sound even more strange and hyper. I am alarmingly positive lately ... ttly scary if u ask me ö_ö where did the child born in hell go to ? QWQ The evil me will return soon I assume xDDDD

I went to Cologne today but I did not attend gamescom T_T
It was my mum's boyfriend's B-day today and since he is interested in hot-air balloons lately the hot-air balloon festival in Cologne came in quite handy x"D
Well, it was quite boring, dissappointing and freaking me out ...
Besides gamescom, Bundesliga started today (I was told that ... not very sure) and the festival happened to take place next to the stadium ;_; it was freakishly crowdy and too hot >_< I got headaches instantly (You have to know I resemble a vampire xD I cannot stand to sunny and bright days ... I get headaches, become dizzy and annoingly aggressive >_<)
There were tons of snack stalls and merely a few attractions which did not get my attraction. I kept making fun of all the crazy fangirls which were waiting for Daniel Schumacher since 8:00 AM although he was to perform at 7:00 PM x"DDD I mean, come on, the area around the stage which was reserved for the audience was enough for about 100-200 ppl xD you would not get a bad sight even if you had arrived a couple of minutes before the whole thing started. I never ever was a fangirl in the means of getting completely nuts over one person and probably cannot understand the intentions and reasons behind that sort of behaviour so I am sorry if someone feels offended now ;_;
The main attraction was a mass start of 10-20 hot-air balloons ... after it had been delayed for about 2 hrs the whole thing was cancelled by the Cologne-Bonn-airport ... so we waited for hours and got to see nothing ...
We were hesding home just before Sunrise Ave came to perform ... which was the only thing that I would have enjoyed a bit >_<
Well, as long as the 'birthday child' (now 47-year-old "child" xD) enjoyed the day I am fine with it. I am going to get some yummy cake and BBQ tomorrow and that will compensate the events of today ^_^
Quite easy to satisfy, eh? Well, not really but at least cheers me up ... although there is nor real need to xD i am feeling perfectly fine



 

Chibi Neko Contest

Soo~

I decided to enter an art contest yesterday. The task was to design a mascot for "ChibiNeko"Publishing which was set up recently. The only real restriction was that it has to be a Nekomimi (aka Catgirl) and that it should be reaaaaly adorable and cute ... so that you have to see a dentist bec you got caries x"D
Empirically I have bad luck when it comes to competitions and contest ... I was once ranked 5th (actually 6th, but the person ranked 4th got disqualified) in a nationwide contest but that was it. I never won anything interesting >_<; I am still not good enough ... I know

As the publisher is called "ChibiNeko" I settled on my Chibi style. Moreover I am more confident with that one in comparison to my "normal" style atm.
I had to get it done asap bec I got to know the contest yesterday which was indeed the deadline xDDD
So I had about 4 hrs to complete it ... and I had to do it on A4 ö_ö
On the one hand quite challenging as I almost exclusively drew on ATC in the past 3 yrs. On the other hand quite nice because I got a chance to use my Copic Markers for the whole picture without being in need of colored pencils. Felt quite good :D

The drawing has some flaws .. the left hand is off and the tail has a bulge ... but right now idk x"D I am just happy that i finished in time

I am sooo happy <3 Friday 13th was a lucky day for me again *_*

Presumably I overcame my current problems regarding everything creative for the time being. Due to my duty as a "puppysitter" for Bono I came to sketch a lot while I was sitting outside and it worked out quite fine <3

I plan to add colors later xP

Besides I started to sell bookmarks today and the resonance was rly positive *_*

Ich bin sooo froh, dass ich so wie es aussieht endlich mein Krea-tief überwunden hab *_* Freitag der 13. war wohl mal wieder mein Glückstag <3

Hab in den letzten Tagen viel Zeit draußen verbracht während ich auf Bono aufgepasst hab und die Zeit wurde zum Zeichnen genutzt xD Eine Skizze davon ist oben zu sehen.

Ansonsten hab ich heute noch meinen Lesezeichen-Verkauf gestartet ... scheint aber ganz gut anzulaufen wie es aussieht ^_^ Hab ja schließlich nix zu verlieren ... die Chibis hatte ich für meine Mappe gezeichnet aber hatte jetzt keine Verwendung mehr für die Süßen ... von daher gibts jetzt Lesezeichen mit ihnen *keke*

Seit Samstag mein neues Schätzchen x'D

Nja ... ich bin "nur" die Patentante von dem kleinen süßen und nicht etwa sein Herrchen, das sind nämlich mein Onkel und meine Tante.

Da die aber in der anderen Hälfte unseres Hauses wohnen und der Kleene eh draußen ist die meiste Zeit machts keinen großen Unterschied ^_^

"Bono" heißt er und ist 10 Wochen alt.

Der Bruder meiner Tante züchtet Hunde und weil er eigentlich etwas klein und ruhig für einen Jagdhund geraten ist hat er ihn ihr geschenkt ♥

obwohl er ja noch n kleiner Stinker ist hab ich trotzdem schon ordentlich Respekt vor ihm xD

Heute hätte er mir beinahe ins Kinn gebissen und ich alter Schisser hab gleich Angst

bekommen *lol*

Ich hoffe mal, dass ich morgen mit ihm Gassi gehen kann *_*
